.. i am so tired..

I went to the gim yesterday for the first time, and me and my luck, i scratched my knee when i was rowing... and now i have a niiiice little rip .. go mee!

it's only the 3rd day of school, and ALREADY i'm behind... suXors.. i will.. NOT procrastinate, and eat like a piggy :p... or will i? kekek

i work tonight... which means i will officially have to be up for over thirteen hours... and each break is too little to nap for... :( waaH! so tired..

I have not been on xanga for a long time.. so lets start off this year with a story~

So on Friday, I went with my good pals Jon, Koji, Jenn, her boytoy, Frank, Leon, Marc and their “new guy” to Soju Bang.  Well…. First it was just me and Jon, and we were there waaay early, so I wanted to stay in the car and wait for the other ppl to arrive, but nooo he wanted to go inside because he was “hungry.”

So we go on in, and get a table.. we even made people move because they were taking up too much space.  THEN.. when we sit down.. this guy comes up to us and starts talking… vERY loudly.

He first yells “I LIVE IN OAKLAND” but Jon thought he said “OAKLEY” So, being the nice guy he is, Joh starts to make convo with him and says that he used to work in Oakley.  But then I guess this guy got annoyed cuz he didn’t live in OAKLEY but in OAKLAND, so he yelled it about 5 more times.  Then he shakes my hand, and say “hellllooo” and maybe introduces himself.  Theeen… he proceeds to yell “I’M a LITTLE DRUNK.”  Hahha… reeeeeally?? Then he keeps talking to me, I don’t remember what he says, talking in his drunken manner, but I dooo remember this one thing… “I’M a GranDpA” hahahhah… whooOoohoo… I don’t know whyyy he came to our table… butt it was def a weird but an entertaining 15 mins.  Ohh and guess what? After the grandpa left… JON did not order yet!

Theen… a little drama set in… of course.. as it always does when I’m around… but my dear friend Jenn and Leon used to date, and apparently haven’t talked since the break, and so the fact that they were both coming, made her very uneasy, and continued to be nice and awkward while they sat at different tables.  Leon didn’t show too much, but Jenn decided to leave with her boy toy after a bottle of Soju.  Poor baby.. the one time I get to see her.. she has to leave..

Oo one more thing I noticed about this one night… my friends get PINK when they drink…!

Its amazing how great this nation’s criminal system is… for the Criminal.

Yesterday morning, 8-20-05, I was taking my Eddie home at the early hour of 2 AM.  And as I backed out of his driveway, I looked up the street, seeing a car coming about 2 blocks away, behind a stop sign.  So I start backing out, and when my car is fully out of the driveway, but parallel to the street, I hear a SKKKREEEEEEECCCHHH.  And right after, my body goes into FULL sideways swinging motion.  He ends up reversing, and driving off, scraping the other car parked on the other side of the street.  What’s worse is that he hit me so hard that my car went and scraped the paint off of Eddie’s brother’s new(ish) car.

As he’s driving away, Eddie shouts out his license plate number.  And a few of his neighbors come out to check up on what just happened.  Some one calls the police for me.  My brain’s not even functioning at this point.

So the police come, and they ask for the license plate # of the other car along with all the procedural information.  And they trace the license plate back to a junk yard.  They don’t seem to be really concerned, like they don’t want to do their job, like they don’t want to help me, like they don’t want to be in this situation at that point in time.  Like the Albany police have anything better to do than bust two kids making out in the back of a car.

They say that it’s HIGHLY unlikely for them to find the person driving the car, and therefore find some one (or some one’s insurance) to pay for my damages.  They said that since it was registered to a junkyard, the car might have been sold for dirt cheap to some random person, Bob, who could have sold it again to some other random person, Mike, and so on.  According to them, even if they do find the owner of the car, that person could be unemployed, or not have insurance, and that person could very easily say that he wasn’t driving it that night.  To me, I feel like that is not my problem.  If they find the suspect, and identify him as the owner of the car, it’s his responsibility.  If he doesn’t want to take responsibility, he would tell who was driving his car at the time.  If he doesn’t have insurance, it’s still his problem, because it’s illegal anyway.

So after going to ER and waiting for hours, they “diagnosed” me with a neck strain, which I seem to have.  I am in pain every time I try to pick my head up while lying down.  I was thinking maybe this whole ordeal was karma or something for something bad I’ve done.  I don’t know what, but maybe it was.

But anyway, it looks like I won’t have a car to take my stuff down this year, and during the year.
